Removal
Side Cover
Identify the side cover highlighted in blue.
Slide the release latch to release the side cover from the computer.
Slide the side cover back and lift it off the chassis.
Front bezel
Identify the front bezel highlighted in blue.
Gently pry and release the front bezel tabs sequentially from the top.
Rotate the front bezel outward from the chassis and remove the front bezel.
Graphics card
Identify the expansion card highlighted in blue.
Pull to open the PCIe latch that secures the graphics card.
Hold the securing tab on the graphics card slot and lift the graphics card out of the slot.
Wireless Module
External SMA antenna kit
Identify the external SMA antenna kit highlighted in blue.
Open the cable holder that secure the SMA module cable in place.
Unroute the SMA module cable from the cable holder on the chassis.
Lift the pull tab to open the PCIe door.
Hold and remove the SMA module from its connector on the system board.
Install
External SMA antenna kit
Identify the external SMA antenna kit location highlighted in blue.
Use a flat head screwdriver in the bracket hole, push to release it, and lift the bracket out of the system to remove the PCIe dummy bracket.
Lift the pull tab to open the PCIe door.
Insert the optional SMA module into its slot on the system board.
Route the SMA module cable through the cable holder on the chassis.
Close the cable holder to secure the SMA module cable in place.
Lift the pull tab to close the PCIe door.
Wireless Module
Graphics card
Identify the expansion card location highlighted in blue
Using the alignment post, connect the graphics card in the connector and press down firmly.
Close the PCIe latch to secure the graphics card in the slot.
Front bezel
Identify the front bezel location highlighted in blue.
Align the front cover tabs with the slots on the chassis.
Rotate the front cover towards the chassis and snap it into place.
Side Cover
Identify the side cover location highlighted in blue.
Align the tabs on the side cover with the slots on the chassis.
Slide the side cover forward until you hear the latch click.
