How to replace the GPU End Holder on a Precision 3660 Tower

This 3D experience gives you the step by step process of replacing the GPU End Holder and a Precision 3660 Tower. The procedure will also include removing the Side Cover and reinstalling them.

Removal

Side Cover

Identify the side cover highlighted in blue.

Loosen the captive screw that secures the side cover to the chassis.

Pull the release latch to release the cover from the chassis.

Lift the side cover from the chassis.

GPU End Holder

Identify the GPU end holder highlighted in blue.

Press the retention tabs on both sides of the GPU end holder to release it.

Remove the GPU end holder from the chassis.

Install

GPU End Holder

Identify the GPU end holder location highlighted in blue.

Position the GPU end holder to align it with the slots on the computer chassis.

Press the GPU end holder down until it clicks into place.

Side Cover

Identify the side cover location highlighted in blue.

Locate the tabs on the side cover and slots on the chassis.

Tighten the captive screw to secure the side cover to the chassis.
