This 3D experience gives you the step by step process of replacing the WLAN (Wireless Module) and a Optiplex Micro 3070. The procedure will also include removing the Base Cover, Hard Drive Module and reinstalling them.
Removal
Base Cover
Identify the base cover highlighted in blue.
Loosen the thumbscrew that secures the cover to the system.
Slide and lift the cover to remove from the system.
Hard Drive Module
Identify the hard drive assembly highlighted in blue.
Press the blue tabs on both sides of the hard drive assembly and slide to release it from the system.
Remove the hard drive assembly from the system.
WLAN (Wireless Module)
Install
WLAN (Wireless Module)
Hard Drive Module
Identify the hard drive assembly location highlighted in blue.
Insert the drive assembly into the slot on the system.
Slide the drive assembly toward the connector until it clicks into place.
Base Cover
Identify the base cover location highlighted in blue.
Place the cover on the system and slide the cover until it clicks into place.
Tighten the thumb screw to secure the cover to the system.
