Removal
Side Cover
Identify the side cover highlighted in blue.
Loosen the thumbscrews that secure the side cover to the system.
Slide and lift the side cover away from the system.
Powered GPU
Identify the powered GPU highlighted in blue.
Pull to open the PCIe latch that secures the powered GPU.
Disconnect the power cable from the connector on the powered GPU.
Push and hold the securing tab on the graphics card slot and lift the powered GPU out of the slot.
Install
Powered GPU
Identify the powered GPU location highlighted in blue.
Align the powered GPU with the PCI express card connector on the system board.
Using the alignment post, connect the powered GPU to the connector and press down firmly.
Connect the power cable to the connector on the powered GPU.
Close the PCIe latch to secure the powered GPU in the slot.
Side Cover
Identify the side cover location highlighted in blue.
Align the tabs on the side cover with the slots and place the side cover on the system.
Tighten the thumbscrews that secure the side cover of the system.
