Removal
Side Cover
Identify the side cover highlighted in blue.
Loosen the thumb screw that secures the side cover to the chassis.
Slide and lift the side cover off the chassis.
Hard Drive Assembly
Identify the hard drive assembly highlighted in blue.
Hold the tab to unlock the hard drive assembly, then slide it to release it from the chassis.
Lift the hard drive assembly off the chassis.
Wireless Module (WLAN)
SMA Antenna assembly
Identify the SMA antenna assembly highlighted in blue.
Remove the SMA antenna assembly cables from the routing guides on the chassis.
Remove the screw that secures the SMA antenna assembly to the chassis.
Insert the SMA antenna assembly into the opening from the back and then lift it off the chassis.
Install
SMA Antenna assembly
Identify the SMA antenna assembly position highlighted in blue.
Align and place the antenna bracket on the system board.
Insert and align the screw hole on the SMA antenna assembly with the screw hole on the back view.
Install the screw that secures the SMA antenna assembly to the chassis.
Route the SMA antenna assembly cables through the routing guides on the chassis.
Wireless Module (WLAN)
Hard Drive Assembly
Identify the hard drive assembly location highlighted in blue.
Install the hard drive assembly on the chassis and line up the tabs with the slots.
Slide and hard drive assembly into place on the chassis.
Side Cover
Identify the side cover location highlighted in blue.
Slide the side cover into place towards the front of the computer
Tighten the thumb screw that secure the side cover to the chassis.
