David Grain 於 2021 年 9 月加入 Dell Technologies 董事會。
Grain 是私募股權公司 Grain Management 的創辦人暨執行長。在 2007 年創辦 Grain Management 之前，他曾擔任 Global Signal 的總裁。在此之前，他曾在 AT&T 工作，並在金融服務產業服務十多年，最近的經歷是在 Morgan Stanley & Co. 就職。
Grain 目前是 Southern Company 的首席獨立董事，同時亦擔任 New Fortress Energy 的董事。此外，他還是 Brookings Institution 的受託人、National Museum of African American History and Culture 的顧問委員會成員，以及 Martha’s Vineyard Museum 的董事會成員。
