Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by you and Dell, the Cloud Service Offerings Agreement applies to all cloud services offered to customers.
 
Additional terms and conditions may apply to your purchase.  Please review your invoice, order acknowledgement or separately signed agreement with Dell carefully to confirm what you purchased from Dell, or from a Dell reseller, and then select among the options below to review the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.
