Automate manual IT processes related to batch scheduling, change management, configuration management, alerting, regulatory compliance, and trouble-ticket resolution to simplify IT, cut costs, and focus on IT innovation.

Solution

To automate several operational tasks, the Dell IT group deployed BMC CONTROL-M for Distributed Systems and BMC BladeLogic Operations Manager, and is currently deploying BMC Atrium Orchestrator.
