Dell Small Business Partnership programme is a member benefit programme designed to empower SB associations to support their members with exclusive access to affordable technology solutions.

Dell Small Business Partnership programme is designed for organizations with the majority (50+%) of their member base falling into the small business segment (1-99 employees).

All members of enrolled organizations are entitled to receive programme offers.

By joining the Dell Small Business Partnership programme, your organization gave you access to unique discount offers on selected consumer and commercial products – all year round. You are now entitled, eight times a year, to get a discount of up to 20% off Dell laptops, desktops, and accessories via coupon code on the dell.co.uk online store. If you opt-in during the purchase process, Dell may also contact you with occasional supplementary offers.

Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon-based promotions. Only one valid coupon can be used unless specified. However, it can be used where we offer money off on the Dell Site.

Coupon codes are country-specific and in line with the discount offered in the country the coupon was issued. Also, coupon codes are redeemable only on the online store and offline but cannot be used on Dell outlet stores or third parties.

Your email address is only used to send you the coupon codes. As per Privacy regulation, Dell will not contact you unless you opt-in to receive extra deals.

We provided your association with an access password, look on your associations webpage or contact your benefits manager.

The following reasons could explain why your email address did not work during the registration process:

• You have entered an incorrect access password. Please check the password is not misspelled, there is no space before or after, then check with your association.
• The daily redemption allowance for your association have been exceeded. Please try tomorrow.
• You have exceeded your coupon allocation for the year. Please check the T&C’s.

The following reasons could explain why a coupon does not work:

• Check you entered 14 alphanumerical characters.
• You are not shopping in the local store. Coupons are country specific.
• The coupon code has expired. Coupon codes expire at the end of the calendar year and need to be extended at no cost by your organization.

1. The coupon code will expire on/at the date/time as stated. If no time is stated, then it will expire at 23:59 local time on the day stated.
2. The coupon code entitles you to a percentage discount for one or more of the specified products. The coupon code can only be used for approved products or segments. You may also register your email address to receive special deals.
3. All purchases made must be made with a valid coupon code on the Dell website www.dell.co.uk or by telephone with a sales representative at: 0800 085 4878.
4. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon-based offers. When ordering different products in a single order, multiple coupons can be used. Unless expressly stated, a coupon cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
5. You will receive a maximum of eight coupon per year. You can purchase up to five systems per coupon.
6. The discounting according to the coupon takes place at the online order after providing applicable and valid data as well as the coupon code during the order. The coupon discount will be included in the price before the customer submits the online order. In the case of discount requests, which the customer only submits after ordering online, the coupon discount cannot be credited.
