What is Dell Business Credit?
             Dell Business Credit is a revolving line of credit dedicated to your business’ technology needs. Dell Business Credit account holders enjoy access to exclusive offers, affordable monthly payments, and a seamless integration into Dell’s sales process, enabling an efficient and understandable purchase experience.

How do I apply for Dell Business Credit?
            Applying for Dell Business Credit is a snap, and you’ll quickly find out if you qualify. To complete our online application you’ll need to have your Tax ID, DBA name, and your business type available. Upon approval you will be able to make a purchase immediately. APPLY NOW

How do I make a purchase using my Dell Business Credit account?
           
After you’ve chosen your equipment, please proceed to cart and complete all shipping details. Upon reaching the payment section, new and existing customers may select Dell Business Credit as a payment method from the menu.

When is my first payment due?
            Your first payment is due approximately 30 days after your entire order has shipped. If you have signed up for the AutoPay Plan, your first payment will be automatically deducted from your banking account, unless you have been notified otherwise. You will not receive an invoice if you are enrolled in AutoPay.

Is a minimum payment required for the Dell Business Credit account? 
            Yes, a minimum monthly payment is required. Minimum monthly payments are the greater of $15 or 3% of the new balance shown on the monthly billing statement. If your purchase qualified for a financing promotion, the required minimum monthly payments may not pay off your purchase in full by end of the promotional period due to purchase amount, promotion length, additional purchases or allocation of payments in excess of the minimum payment.

• Fill in the “Amount Enclosed” on the payment coupon for accurate posting
• Ensure the ”Amount Enclosed” written on payment coupon equals the check amount
• Enclose the payment coupon with the check in the return envelope
• Please DO NOT staple, paper clip, fold or tape contents
• Allow 5 business days for the USPS to deliver the check payment
• Payments received by 5 PM local time will be credited the same day
• Allow 2 to 3 business days for payment to appear in your Dell Business Credit account

How can I obtain the account number for my Dell Business Credit account?
           
Your 19-digit account number can be found either on your monthly statement or by logging into your ACCOUNT.

How can I obtain/reset my pin number for my Dell Business Credit account?
           
To reset your PIN, login to your ACCOUNT. Need additional help? Call the Dell Financial Services Customer Service Team at 1-800-413-3355, ext. 7280875. Customer services agents are available M-F, 7AM to 8PM CT.

How do I return equipment if I'm not satisfied?
            Dell offers the Dell Return Policy. To initiate the return process, please contact Dell Inc. Customer Service at 1-800-624-9897. They will inform you of the steps you should take to return the equipment. After your equipment is received at Dell, we will credit your lease account and adjust your monthly payment accordingly or close your account. A letter will then be sent to verify that the return has been completed and your account has been adjusted. Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks to complete this process.

What should I do if I detect a fraudulent charge on my Dell Business Credit Account?
            
If you suspect a Dell Business Credit account was opened without authorization or an unauthorized purchase was made on your existing account, please promptly report this activity. Contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE team and submit an identity theft claim to protect your business. VIEW CLAIM STATUS

When is my first payment due?
            
For new leasing customers, the billing cycle begins on the date your equipment is invoiced by Dell. Your first payment will be due on a date defined by your contracted term, post equipment ship date.

How can we change the business name on our lease contract?

             To update your business name, please submit a request and attach supporting legal documentation pertaining to the name change, such as the Amended Articles of Incorporation. You may fax your documents to 1-512-723-6082.
