本文包含 Alienware 51 R6 系統的相關資訊，無法升級至或全新安裝 Windows 10 建立20H1。此解決方案需要手動更新 Dell 系統 BIOS 至版本1.2.0 或更新版本（下載連結位於文章結尾）。
注意：如果系統保持在舊版的 BIOS，也會封鎖升級至 Windows 20H2 及更新版本。
無法升級至 Windows 10 的建立20H1
Alienware 區域 51 R6 系統無法升級到舊版 Windows 10 （19H2 及更早版本）的 Windows 10 建立20H1。
Windows 10 會開始升級程式，但在系統重新開機後停止，並出現錯誤：「0xC1900101-0x20017 （在執行作業期間發生錯誤時，安裝在 SAFE_OS 階段失敗）（圖1）。

Windows 10 嘗試回復至已安裝在系統上的先前版本。您也可以手動啟動「回復」：
- 關閉系統電源，然後再開啟三次。
- 在第三次，您的系統會啟動至「Advanced Recovery 環境」。
- 按一下 Advanced 選項。

- 按一下「 復原」。
