Specifying the binding order

Specifying the binding order determines how network connections are accessed by network services. To specify the binding order, complete the following task:

Start a Windows PowerShell with administrative privileges.
Run the following command: ncpa.cpl
On the Network Connections page, press Alt to display the menu.
Click Advanced, and then select Advanced Settings.
In the Advanced Settings dialog box, select External1 and External2, and then move them to the top of the binding order.
Move Internal1 and Internal2 below External1 and External2 in the list.
Ensure the manage ports are at the bottom of the list.
Click OK.
