Put your microserver to work
Each independent PowerEdge C5220 hot-plug server is mounted on a small sled that slides vertically into the 3U PowerEdge C5000 chassis. Up to 12 such nodes together provide up to four times the density of three traditional single-node 1U rack servers. The compact system is ideal for:- Hosting: Help maximise your productivity per square foot with high server-node density and a shared infrastructure that enables efficient cooling and cabling for cloud system infrastructure and dedicated, virtualised, shared, root-access or SQL hosting.
- Web 2.0: Fill your need for a web file, front-end, fast-loading web content server.
- CDN: Help amplify content delivery network (CDN) efficiency for media content storage and distribution, including audio, video, Javascript, and CSS and XML elements.
