Dell is laser focused on preparing its women at all levels with the skills they need to advance in the workplace. We offer formal training, networking, mentoring and other resources to effectively advance our women around the globe. Learn more about some of our programs below:

Dell

Leading Women @ Dell is a program designed to meet the specific needs of high potential women with C-Suite aspirations. Developed in collaboration with the Simmons School of Management, participants enjoy individual executive coaching that helps them to better actualize their career trajectories.

Managing Success Now is a program focused on high performing, mid career women which helps equip them with the skills needed to appreciate and understand differences inclusive of negotiating and other skills which will help them to propel their careers forward.

STEM is a strategic initiative at DELL that reflects our commitment to building a pipeline of women and young girls that are interested in pursuing a career in STEM. The future success of technology companies depends on a robust and diverse talent pipeline, which is why we also offer re-entry into the workforce for those who put their careers on pause in order to have a family. We offer support and opportunities for those that are ready to transition back into the workforce.

In addition to these D&I programs, Women in Action, one of Dell's 13 Employee Resource Groups, provides an inclusive community that offers development, leadership, and networking opportunities designed to empower, retain and attract women.
