AW2518HF, black screen when gaming

AW2518HF keeps getting a black screen after  more than 5 minutes of gaming

After roughly 5 minutes of gameplay (sometimes more, sometimes less), my AW2518HF will lose connection and I will be forced to restart it to completely to fix it. I can do other tasks just fine like browse the internet, etc. It's just that games (any game, I tested Fortnite, Valorant, Geniën Impact) will all crash inevitably at some point.

This all started to happen randomly. I checked the temperatue of the GTX 980 Ti when I load up a game but it doesn't go above 63°C.

HWMonitor tells me my TMPIN5 and TMPIN8 are Both 128°C but Google tells me this is normal.

I ran Furmark, no crashes, no heated GPU.

I checked device manager, I checked the cables, my fans are all spinning, my pc doesn't make a weird noise, I updated windows 10, I updated my drivers.

I thought it would maybe have to do something with resolution not being matched up to the game but I checked and this is not the case, I thought maybe it can run the games in windowed mode, als no.

I even ran DDU and installed the latest version of nvidia driver I could find through Geforce Experience

It's completely fine till I load up a video game then it will take roughly 2-5 minutes before it shuts down my monitor while the pc keeps running, no weird fans or loud noises just the monitor that goes black like it would if you were to turn the pc off.

I tested my setup with a new hdmi cable and just now with a tv and with the tv it works fine! so the issues my monitor, now just how to fix this?

Tested with DP cable and screen turned white and pinkish on 2nd try.. so no luck there.
