AW2518HF, flickering 240Hz, #4

Hey guys,

I'm having a really weird occasional flicker on the AW2518HF when using the DP input (in order to get the advertised 240Hz refresh rate). I am sharing a video and image of it (please ignore the weird post it happens occasionally on darker green/brown colors).

I've seen other people complaining about this defect as well. I've tried tweaking the settings (Color/Brightness/Gamma of the panel) and it does stop doing it for that specific frame, but later on I see the same issue on another.

I have attempted using three different DP cables (one of which I use for my second monitor which does not display this problem), used in three different builds and both under Windows and Linux, nothing really changes (happened with my 390x build and with my 2080 Super one).

I am convinced it's some sort of hardware issue as tweaking none of the settings (while keeping the monitor at 240Hz via DP) only seems to shift the color at which this occurs but it keeps occuring rendering the monitor unusable at its advertised refresh rate.

What can I do here? I have attempted calling your support on the number specified on the website but I keep getting the "UK Pension fund" at 0800 1104478 and there is no chat option.
