AW3420DW, FSM instruction, hours used?

Hi,

I need the button combinations for the FSM (Factory Service Menu). I read a few posts. I know that the monitors Liaison often writes that there is only a standard menu for users. I don't want to change anything in the settings.
I just want to check the number of hours worked on the monitor to eliminate buying a monitor from the exhibition. Can someone help me?

Dell Support is not given any documentation on the FSM (Factory Service Menu) used only by the Dell Service Center.The free EnTech Monitor Asset Manager 2.9 shows 'Active power on time'.

Just noting, on the reason you want to enter the FSM (to see the total time in use) just a heads up that there's usually a button to reset that timer.

But there is always a chance that a retailer has not reset this counter. I don't understand where the problem is, shortcuts to typical models are well known, lots of videos on YT
