Alienware Aurora R7 - Qualcomm Netwrok Card

At driver version 12.0.0.448, Qualcomm wireless network card drops connection from time to time. DNS Client Events warning pops up on system event viewer. If the driver is updated to latest version, the network card will sometimes crash and cause system hang. Should I ask for on-site support?

Have you run systems diagnostics yet? Restart the system and at the Alienware logo start tapping F12. Run the full system diagnostics. Do you have Smartbyte installed? If so uninstall it and follow the link below for disabling it if it is reinstalled automatically by SA. If none of that helps and you are under warranty, then consider a call to Dell tech support in your region.

I have run full tests on BIOS settings. It says everything's fine, but the problem is still there. No SmartByte installed. Gonna call tech support some day. Thanks.
