Area-51 R5, AW3418HW not seen in AWCC 5.2.81.0?
Hello, I can't figure it out.
Every time I bought an Alienware component I have problems. I bought an AW3418HW. From the Dell official AW3418HW site, I Installed driver 4VY60 and the Alienware Gaming Monitor Control Center application. Rebooting, retrying day after. Nothing. It has cyan lights up and I can't manage it.
no way to see it in AWCC 5.2.81.0
Windows 10 64-bit last update yesterday version 1909
any suggestion? thanks.

Anyone? How can I control my AW3418HW if it don't show up in AWCC?

I have already connected the USB 3.0 upstream cable to the Area-51 R5. No way to see my AW3418HW. AW3418HW driver installed, FX driver installed. AWCC updated. no way.
Any suggestion?

The alienware application you linked is only for non alienware pc's. It's probably creating a conflict with awcc. Uninstall awcc and the monitor app. You don't need the monitor driver either but it shouldn't make a difference. I'd suggest trying without that driver too. Reinstall only AWCC from the R5 support page.

hi and, really, THANKS, for a reply.
I tried to uninstall monitor driver and monitor FX application, then reinstall awcc but nothing changed.
I've formatted the pc and reinstalled all the driver from dell from my pc matricole code.
nothing.
Today it was a awcc update, if you see. but not fixed the problem.

Hey.....ok that you do not wor for dell but, this is a very old version of AWCC.
we are in 5.2.89.0 now.
and the other link is AWCC OC??? its for overclocking.
I trying to install "AlienFXDriverSetup for gaming monitor from dell.
i give this error:

i tried all...
the old awcc, the new awcc... no way to show the monitor. io don't know how i can see it at beginning... but for one day i play with rgb light scene like a charm.
i formatted the pc so, is pretty clean. where i'm wrong?
