Area-51m, not booting after driver update
My Area-51m is not booting after a Dell driver update. The light ring on the rear, alien on the back cover is lit up and fans are on but the alien on the keyboard is dark. Screen is dark. Any ideas?
Computer was working fine before the update.
Purchased November 2019.

If you can't get to the Boot or BIOS screens anymore ...
Maybe it was not just a "driver update" ... but instead a BIOS-update (that failed).
Sounds like it is time to call Alienware phone-support about your laptop.
