Aurora R12, RTX 3090 fans not spinning

Have a relatively new Aurora R12 with an RTX 3090. Everything was going great, games were performing great (Warzone) at around 120-130 fps in widescreen gaming. Temps would run in the lower 50's with MSI Afterburner keeping the fan speeds up to 100%. Then I noticed the temps in game getting up to 80*C+ and to the point where the game crashed. Used HWiNFO and the fan's RPM was 0. Opened the case to see if anything was obstructing airflow and found that the fans were only spinning a few revs and stopping even under load. Damaged card? Or something else?

I've reinstalled drivers, Afterburner, and checked other drivers...still no luck!

Just a quick update: the RTX 3090 was replaced through warranty support.

If you set them to manual profile and at 100%, they should spin up to maximum RPM.

There's fan controls for each of the fans separately. Are they both not turning, or only 1?

Both aren't spinning. They'll spin about 2 revs about every 5-6 seconds. But won't fully spin up. Currently running the SupportAssist tests.

Engaged support via chat. They remoted in, upgraded the GPU firmware and computer BIOS. Ran a bunch of tests and saw that the fans weren't moving. They are dispatching a part and tech. It'll be interesting to see how long it takes to get a RTX 3090...

When you get it repaired try running your 3090 using msi/af custom fan curve. I have been using this for mine and it does a super good job. Better than running it full blast. Maybe reset and check connections.
