Aurora R12, no video, keyboard and mouse not working

My R12 blacked out on me while playing RDR2. Now when I turn it on it slowly flashes, but sends no video to the monitor. My laptop and mouse both flash on for a second then go dark and dont seem to work (tried to hit windows, up arrow, enter 2x to turn it off). 

Graphics card is seated securely, everything seems fine inside the chassis.
