Aurora R13, Intel i7-12700KF, no Intel VT-X in the BIOS
Alienware Aurora R13
Hello,
My company ordered 15 Alienware Aurora R13 with Intel i7.
We tried to run VMware on them and it does work since VT-X is disabled. We went to the BIOS to look for enabling VT-X but there is no such option!
How can we solve this? In the Intel product page you can see that the Intel i7 supports Virtualization.
We also have the same machine with Intel i9-12900F and VMware works there out of the box!
Any idea? Thanks.

Check the other machine BIOS and see if there is an option to enable VT-X.
If I am not mistaken this was disabled on some configurations. I remember someone posting about this before.

We already checked and there is not such option in the other machines.
This option was left out for purpose.
We really need that feature, How can we solve this? a workaround?

If not supported in the BIOS there's no way that I am aware off to enable it.
