Aurora R13, how to get parts?
How do you go about ordering parts for the Aurora R13? I looked under support, sales, etc. and found nothing for parts.
Trying to see how much the front and clear side panels cost for when they get scratched up as they are made with plastic and not glass.

You are so concerned about a plastic computer having plastic parts that you are going to pre-worry about potential future scratches?

Unless I'm mistaken, the only thing you'll get for parts for the R13 is memory and storage, and that's extremely overpriced. $600 for a 2TB m.2 drive. You can get a Samsung 970 EVO 2TB m.2 drive for less than $200.

Dell do not sell empty chassis of this model or side panel at this point. but this could change in the future.

You should use that pre-worry energy to mod yourself a custom tempered glass side panel.
