Aurora R14, Raise the Game Bundle Code?
I received my PC last week with a qualifying AMD processor and Radeon graphics card, but I have yet to receive a code for the current Raise the Game promotion. Does this code come later?
Been back and forward with Dell Support and they've just been stating that they forwarded my request to software support for the last 6 days.
I purchased the Aurora R14 with qualifying AMD 5950X and Radeon 6900XT, and the offer was stated as having the games included in the price.

I am not sure if a direct purchase from Dell qualifies: "Offer valid only through authorized ETAIL partners."
I would check with @DELL-Cares to see what your options are.

The article states R10 twice =
But we can see from this Aurora R14 sales page when you click, "VIEW SPECIAL OFFERS" =
then click the link in that paragraph it directs you to the same article which only shows Aurora R10. So very confusing.
Check your email spam folder to see if the digital download email appeared there by accident.

Meant to say, I've combed through my spam folder, but nothing is there either. Nothing shows up the the Dell Digital Locker as well.
