Aurora R5, supports 3 memory sticks but not 4?
How come my computer supports 3 sticks of 16GB Ram, but not 4?
I have tried all 4 modules in all 4 ram slots. All ram is functional and all slots are functional. Any 3 sticks will work in any 3 slots, but if a 4th is added, the computer will not boot, nor activate keyboard or mouse usb inputs or monitor output.
Service Manual states: It supports 64 GB DDR4 memory of up to 2133 MHz and up to 2400 MHz with XMP.. XMP is grayed out in Bios and not an option. Bios shows 48 GB @ 2667 MHz.

Windows 10 Home (x64) Version 2009 (build 19042.985)

Since you got two pairs of 32 instead of a matched set of 64GB, you should try clearing CMOS and then making sure the matched pairs are in the same channel. What you listed is incorrect (it's also wrong in the service manual).
The correct config is:
Channel 1
Channel 2
Channel 1
Channel 2.
Easy way: black is one channel white is another.

As per manual:
Speed
• 2133 MHz
• Up to 2400 MHz with XMP (optional)
Configurations supported
Per slot 4 GB, 8 GB, and 16 GB
Total memory 4 GB, 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB (2400 MHz only)

It's a little bit confusing to me to read it, but it looks like 2,400 Mhz is only supported when you have a memory size of 64 GB.
But either way, the memory you have is:
Crucial Ballistix 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3000 Desktop Gaming Memory (White)
That is not DDR4 2,400 Mhz memory, so pending on the available XMP profiles they will be greyed out in your bios because the XMP profiles are above what your motherboard supports.
It's likely the reason why 4 x 16 GB does not work either, and why 3 x 16GB somehow works.
