Aurora R7, power button flashes once but wont turn on

I bought a gaming setup second hand and seemingly put it together correctly. When I plug it in, the power button flashes yellow once but doesn't turn on. The video shows that the power supply seems to be functional when I push the button next to the power input. Specs in the photos. Any ideas on what to do? I tried removing each stick of ram and replacing the CMOS battery.F29B0CCB-1172-446F-8FBE-6E509309FDFC_1_105_c.jpegDB497290-EF0D-4A5F-B43C-96468BF95255_1_105_c.jpeg0960C9F7-9747-4D6D-9821-971DB85C0707_1_105_c.jpeg036653E6-041B-4940-B228-EF87C162B927_1_105_c.jpeg1C533EDD-0559-432C-99CC-B631C9ECA1DB_1_105_c.jpegFAAF46E6-1CBC-4FB4-9AC7-1C49C5FA07F8_1_105_c.jpeg

Take off the CPU liquid cooler cover and take a picture of the processor.
An acquaintance also bought a second-hand Auorora R10 and was trying to turn it on.
Exactly what happened to you happened and in the end it turned out that the CPU was missing!!!

Check the CPU and all the cables to see if they are properly connected!!!

It would be easier to check for a processor in Device Manager.

There is for sure a processor and it is installed correctly.

THe power supply test worked, fully replaced with a new CMOS battery, and installed new ram. Moving the plastic peg to flash the bios didn't do much. I am planning to bring it to Micro Center to diagnose, but do you think it'll end up needing a new MoBo?
