Aurora R7, wont turn on and flashes yellow twice
So I was upgrading my Aurora R7. I switched out the fan with H60 liquid cooling, switched out the GPU with Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition, switched out my PSU to EVGA 750w fully modular. When I turned it on the alien head continuously flashes twice each time, nothing at all shows up on my monitor, completely blank screen.

I would make sure your RAM is seated properly, and it is the original OEM RAM. Aftermarket RAM can cause all kind of side effects.
Also check all the cables are plugged in properly and all original plugged in connectors are plugged and seated properly.

Put your OEM Dell graphics card back in your rig, F12 into the pre-boot menu and turn off Secure Boot . . . then put your Founders Edition graphics card back in. With power disconnected; remove the CR2032 coin cell battery, push and hold the power button for 30 seconds to discharge any residual power, put the coin cell battery back in and try to power up.
Drop some photos of the inside of your rig so we can see how you configured your liquid cooling.
