No, the Aurora R8 is on the z370 chipset, it will only accept Intel 8th or 9th gen chips. There is no motherboard which accepts both Intel and Amd on the same socket, they are different products.

Yes, that is compatible and validated for the R8. You would need the liquid cooling option, and the 850w psu for OC.
