I mean it won't hurt to upgrade the PSU. Depending on the GPU that you have it may be a good upgrade. I'm just saying if it's working fine in your current setup with a 460W, adding an AIO will not change the dynamics (power draw will be about the same with vs without an AIO).
The cables seem okay, if you have a 3.5" HDD you may need a right angle sata adapter, that's the only other thing I can think of.
The SFF PSU fit might look a little odd mounted when the case is open, since there is a metal box designed specifically for the dimensions of the ATX PSU. There will be gaps when it is mounted, but it's a closed case so you shouldn't otherwise notice it and I assume it should still be mountable.
Newegg never sent me 650 seasonic titanium they sent a platinum 550 that costs like 60$ less than what I ordered. They told me they will send me another one once I ship the wrong one back but in the mean time I went for the Corsair SF750 platinum
Initially I was worried about that adapter backplate to convert SFX to ATX because of the swing arm bracket. I checked my R8 and there are mounting points for your to mount the plate to so you should be fine.
The SF750 has 4 PCIe/EPS sockets so if you have a graphics card > 150W i.e. needs 2 PCIe connectors, you're maxed out. No additional PCIe power socket available.
I was measuring my PC and I can stick a 80mm fan on top of the PSU lol there is 30mm space left and 80 mm wide. I can fit a 80 x 25 mm wide fan on top of the CPU for added cooling. I'm going to do it lol
I got a question about the fan. If I get a Corsair h80i V2 will it fit on the Aurora R8? and I see people plug the corsair pump to the motherboard but i've been reading that it's better to connect the pump to the PSU? and the fan to the motherboard since the pump should be working at all times?
whats the radiator sandwich? what if I use the front fan for the top? im replacing that front one with the ml120 pro white LED. I saw a video and that one works for the front replacement.

Oh yeah, you need the slimline adapter if you have a DVD drive. That's the same cable I bought for my system when I upgraded the PSU too.

do you know if the Corsair H80i V2 fits inside an Aurora R8?
also I've been reading online that the Pump should be connected to the PSU instead of the motherboard?
and the fan to the motherboard from the liquid cooling.
I got a Corsair H60 but I think I'd rather get the H80i V2 if it fits but not sure of the dimensions inside.
