Got my Alienware Aurora R10 today, will fell much better if its not a fake toy
Started with a hole on the package, and the computer even can not start!!!!!!!!!!
Waste me for 3 hours to check if I could get into bios or fix this,
Nothing works even the light of keboard is not on!
And the light of the case is running like it works. what happeneds for your quality control department?
Thanks for the beautiful case light, thats the only thing that works now. Glad to say it could be a light rather than an industry trash.

Oof, I feel your pain!
I have two aurora R11 computers. One arrived in perfect working order, but my son's one appeared to be DOA (on Christmas day!). We opened it up carefully following the instructions (watch a video on youtube - do not pry the case) and then we just looked inside for a long time trying to see if everything looked like it had been connected.
Eventually we spotted that the graphics card was loose in its PCIE slot, probably shaken loose during shipping, or just very badly installed. We pushed it back into the slot carefully, closed the case, powered up, and .... everything worked fine.
Christmas was saved.
Okay, not the best story ever, but can you do an eyeball check to see if the graphics card is seated?
Oh, and make sure the power cord to the plug is really plugged in properly to the computer. I know that sounds totally stupid, but .... mine wouldn't power up yesterday after I moved it. After 5 minutes of panic just realised I hadn't really pushed in the power cord fully at the back.

Thanks for the advice,
I own a R4, a R6 and this one, I spend 3 hours to check every part inside it cause I believe if anything rather than a failed motherboard I could easily slove the issue.
Checked the 1000w power supply, replace a 2060s for that ugly made green board 3080 and two 3600 ram(from my R6), even a windows USB boot drive!!!
And yet , all parts works , I will not replace the motherboard, cause thats equals to a rebuild job of the computer.
I believe its just caused by a sadly low profile quality control or during the handling, water/ snow from Texas washed my computer through that big hole on the box.
But thanks anyway, after 5 hours calmed down I'm not such frustrated anymore.

If you're getting a black screen you can also try clearing CMOS since you moved the RAM around.

What error code is it giving you?
The flashing amber/green light on the power button is an error code. For example 4 flashes in sequence, pause, repeat, is error code 4. There could be up to 2 different numbers in the code. That will give you an idea what's wrong.
