NVIDIA’s page for the Founders Edition where the fan blows upwards shows that the 3080 is 11.2” x 4.4”.

Pics attached shows that:

• Front fan needs to be moved into the bezel.
• Top facing GPU fan should clear most if not all of the PSU swing arm bracket’s main body.
