Mouse (AW959) & keyboard (AW768) buttons/backlight questions

Hey guys!

Thanks in advance for any advice given. =)

My first question is about the mouse, AW959. Can you program the right/left wheel tilt buttons? Or the wheel press-down button? I receive tactile feedback from all three buttons (they "click") but they don't register in command center/games. Every mouse with a wheel I've had up to this point has worked with its wheel press and tilt buttons automatically registering as Mouse 3, Mouse 4, and Mouse 5, respectively. However, my AW959 doesn't register at all in games, and I seem to be unable to do anything with these buttons in the Command Center either.

I contacted support and was told these basically aren't buttons... that this mouse doesn't have that function. I find this confusing because all of these buttons are listed in the manual (page 5).

My second question is about the AW768 keyboard. Does anyone know of a way to change the left side TactX macro key backlight colors? There are three sets and I can't find a way to change any of them. I'd like to personalize them to better suit the rest of my keyboard's lighting.
