Alienware 14, Alienware Audio not detecting Headphones or Headset, Speakers work

Pretty much I sent my laptop to get repaired and I got it back like this. I can hear fine through speakers but when I plug in my headphones it doesn't detect the headphones. When I go to playback devices all I see is Speakers / Headphones. I couldn't see a way to switch between Speakers or Headphones. Also there is no longer a popup when I plug in my headphones, mic, or headset. Before I sent my laptop in for repairs there would be a popup from Alienware Audio when I plugged in something asking me what kind of device it was.
