Alienware 17 Broadcom 802.11 ac Wifi issue

I recently bought a brand new Alienware 17. I'm having a lot of issues with the Broadcom wifi, like many other customers before me. My internet connection is unstable with many random disconnections from the router. The problem is not coming from my wireless network; my other computers are not suffering from the same issue. I already looked on the forum and followed the different methods to fix my problem :

 

- reinstalling the driver

- updating the driver

- changing settings in advance settings

- locking my Wifi router on one channel

- installing the lenovo as some users report fixing the problem ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware/736194-fix-broadcom-4352-performance-issues.html )

 

For a brand new computer, I am extremely disappointed to not be able to use a wifi internet connection with all these random disconnections.   Is there any other way to fix the problem other than  buying a half mini card wlan or to return the computer for a refund?
