Alienware Alpha bluetooth problem

Hi, about a week after Christmas I recieved my Alienware Alpha. Everything was working perfect until this weekend when I purchased a new bluetooth keyboard to use with it. The keyboard was working fine until today, while I was playing PAYDAY 2. The keyboard's inputs began to lag more and more until finally it disconnected. Now, i cannot find bluetooth anywhere on the computer. It does not show up in the taskbar nor in the PC settings. Searching "Bluetooth" and clicking on "Bluetooth settings" only takes me to the main PC settings menu now. It shows up in device manager (intel bluetooth 4.0) however does not show up anywhere else.I have restarted numerous times and i have repeatedly tried reinstalling and repairing the drivers to no avail. I have also gone into the service manager and set "bluetooth support service" to automatic. What is wrong and how can i fix it? any help would be appreciated, other than that i love the alpha.
