You both should post:
- Your machine's model name and "Release version" (R3, etc)
- Installed Intel Processor number
- Version of Windows
- Version of new Alienware Command Center
- When running the new version, what all exactly works and doesn't work?
- Previous version of Command Center (when Louver Vents worked fine)
- When returning to previous version, what all exactly works and doesn't work?
Have you both tried:
1. Power Dissipation Fix
2. Full Command Center Uninstall and Re-install

Sorry ...I have also recieved this error script when trying to open the vent tab. This happened after down loading the dell command center update. I tried to re-install the original command centre fault but that disables the entire command center. I then tried to re-install the updated version from Dell but i still run into the same fault. I have posted this problems on other forums. Hopefully I will get a solution...
