Alienware Control Center freezes and crashes on AW 14
Hello,
I have an AW 14 that's only a few months old. It is very difficult to configure any of the hardware like power usage, etc because every time I launch control center it immediately freezes and goes into not responding. It has always done this on this laptop.
Running windows 8.1 with 8GB RAM, nvidia GTX 765M
how can I get it running?

That could have been an update that bugged the control center.
Are you talking about the Alienware Command Center or the Windows Control Panel?
