Alienware M14X Optical Drive problem
Less than a month ago I received my alienware.
Today for the first time I insert a DVD in it...nothing happened.
I can't eject and the drive is not even showing up.
When I go to Device manager, I see the drive with this message
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
I tried uninstalling reinstalling not working.
Any Help please?

2nd option regedit fixed it... Just had to delete upperfilters and restart.
