Alienware M14x keyboard LEDs not changing color after new hardrive
My hard drive broke recently and i had to get a new one and the alienFX didn't install. I installed it from this website but the colors are locked in the stock colors (green). I tried reinstalling multiple times and it still doesn't work. I uploaded it to youtube if you need to see www.youtube.com/watch

Hi,
Which Windows operating system are you running with your Alienware? Try uninstalling it first from the Programs and Features list, then restart the system and install it again. Also, try creating a new theme.
