Alienware M15x Heating Issues

Hey i am facing heating problems with alienware M15x even in idle condition i.e working on the lappie and not playin any high graphic games.
I cleaned both the fans and so there is no problem with dust.
 I have not overloaded my hard drive also. Just 2 games i.e Battlefield 3 and Batman.
I use it on a flat surface.
contacted dell team , they replaced the heat sinks 2months back but i again started facing the same problem.
Reinstalled my OS   :(   but the same thing repeats after a few days.

Please help me regarding this.
