Alienware M17x r3 not booting

Hi, after activating the internal video card of my alienware doesn't boot anymore. I don't see the alienware logo and I can't enter in the bios. 

I tried to do a blind update of the bios to reset it to default but without success.

Those are the step I tried:

1) I formatted a 8gb usb key with fat 32

2) download bios from dell site and extracted it with winrar

3) I put PAR00MEC.fd on the usb key and renamed to PAR00X64.fd

4) I shut down the pc, removed the battery, hold down the power button for 30 sec

5) I put the usb key in the hybrid port (usb/e-sata)

6) Hold down the "End" button, put only the power cord on the pc, and the alienware power up

After 30 minutes nothing appened.

I read on the internet that after the pc power up I have to ear 20/30 beep but in my case there was no beep.

Please help me!
