Alienware M17xR2 issues with Function keys, sound freezes, and minor annoyances with graphics.

I just purchased a new M17xR2 and when I first recieved it everything seemed to be running smoothly!

But as I consistently have been using my laptop problems keep occuring!

I have the new ATI Radeon Mobility 5870 HD CrossfireX (Can someone confirm for me if this is a dual graphics card setup? Im assuming it is because it does say Crossfire X)

I have been having some issues with my function keys. When I try to dim my brightness the button wont work, but the mute, increase brightness and other function keys do work. Also the decrease volume touchkey doesnt work, but the others seem to work fine.

Also I have been having some freezes occur when I play music. Sound seems to work fine when i play games, but when I play music from iTunes or while I am editing music files, I get these sound blips each time I press play, but then the song would play fine. But after enough times, The sound goes crazy and my computer would freeze.

I also have framerate issues while playing games. This laptop is supposed to be able to play Crysis on Ultra graphics settings with at least an average framerate of 30. But when I play my MMO's such as World of Warcraft or Age of Conan, Im getting some framerate issues. Its not constant but its enough to make me think that something is wrong with my cards. World of Warcraft should be able to play smoothly throughout everything, but that isnt the case. Has anyone else had these problems?
