Alienware Update does not work

On my Aurora-R6, Alienware Update doesn't seem to work.
- New files are available at support.dell.com, but none are available in the program (it just says everything is up to date)..

- It does not update itself either. Isn't that pretty much a requirement for these kinds of programs?

I've tried Alienware Update v1.9.20.0 and a clean-install of Dell Update v1.9.14.0 (recently posted in Aurora-R6 file area).

Yes. It worked once (months ago) but hasn't been showing updates since.

Installer is interesting. It appear that there is only "Dell Update" installer file. If you are on a Dell, it installs as "Dell Update". However, if you are on an Alienware computer, it installs as "Alienware Update" in Programs & Features.
