Aurimukasz,

* Open the Alienware Command Center
* Open the AlienFX Editor
* Access the Theme tab in the upper left corner of the AlienFX Editor and click New Theme
* Make any colored LED changes. Also look for shutdown and restart parameters to make sure the Theme is loaded on Windows restart
* Save the Theme
* Close the Alienware Command Center
* Click Start- Turn Off Computer- Restart
* Check to make sure the Them loads and colored LEDs are as you picked. If still no go, use these instructions to remove and reinstall the Alienware Command Center http://dell.to/HcmulI

Some of these chips need to be flashed, a bunch of us were trying to figure this out. You can buy a programmer to reflash the chip and see if that helps. LDSISHere was a user that finalized the solution for us. I have a repair shop in MA that is doing this if you are not a tech kinda guy.. check out the laptop thread at : en.community.dell.com/.../20203326.aspx. Similar I am sure.  the C2 chips get stuck/corrupted and you lose light control.
