Alienware command center is not popping up

Question

I have a problem with my alienware command center. When I try to open it, it looks like the program is starting (or is already open) but it does not pop up. I tried reinstalling the program and updating the bios. Im using windows 10 (but the problem was not due to the instalation, it worked fine for a while). If anyone can help I would be very grateful.
