Alienware desktop will not boot
I just purchased a brand new Alienware X51 with Windows 8. I can't get the desktop to boot up. I am guessing it's a hard drive problem ?
I start the pc and i see a splash screen that says Alienware and at the bottom is a bar that loads. Then i see a little circle thing start rotating. and then nothing.
The screen goes blank and nothing happens. The computer still stays on but it will not load anything. Can someone please help me because their Email support is a joke.
Thank you,
GRC

Hello GRC7931,
Try the steps from this article, all you need to do is to change an option in to the BIOS.
Cheers!
