Alienware Alpha with 5 flashing yellow lights. Tried doing the CMOS battery reset as described in the forum without success. What to try next? Thanks

Hi,
Please send me your Service Tag in a PM (to send a PM, hover your mouse to my username and select the "Message" option in the bottom of the window) so we can check on the repair options.

Hi Rodrigo, I have the same problem, but I cannot message you as there is no such option when i hover my mouse over your username.
