Area 51 M9750 factory discs needed

I'm at my wits end with this laptop , bought it with windows 10 64 bit installed original software is long gone .

Nothing works properally from graphics card , DVD player , web cam etc .

All I want it for is to play my RC helicopter simulator stuff and need the graphics cards to work correctly as currently windows just turns it off .

Prefer to just reinstall factory discs with vista as when left the factory .

Can any one help or tell me where I can buy genuine dell discs from and not another one of these software rip off companies as they have cooked my head .
