Battery charging problem
Hi,
This is Sandeep Shaw, I am using Alienware 14. My battery is not charging after 67 percentage from one week onwards facing this problem for my laptop. Can you please give me solution for this problem.

i had the same problem as you .... and i had to change the battery no matter what i did ... the battery is deadd
if you are in warranty, use it
